  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Send the item to the address provided with the RMA number.

4. Refund Timeline

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for returning the item will be at your own expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item).
